Terms of Service
By commissioning meatmalt, you are agreeing to the following;
Declaring you have read this in its entirety.
Allowing the public posting of your finished art piece on social media, unless you state this beforehand that the piece is not one that you would like shared.
Declaring that you are of legal age to be responsible for your own purchases, and that you have responsibility over the finished product.
Refunds will not be granted unless the artist cannot finish the piece.
The Process
DM for quotes or to be added to the waiting list free of charge.
All pieces must be paid in full up front* before the commissioned work is started.
*payment plans may be available for larger pieces, feel free to inquire.Paypal and Cashapp are the primary methods of payment.

Once payment is received, you will be added to the queue.
Be sure to clearly state your ideas before the sketch is started, otherwise it will be taken as artistic freedom.
Turn around time to finish each piece will vary, depending on my own availability and the complexity of the piece.
WIPs/step by step previews will be sent for you to evaluate; major changes can be made during sketch phase while mild changes can be made during line art phase, and during coloring/painting phase you can only ask for color changes, or marking adjustments, otherwise additional fees will be charged.
If a change/adjustment is requested, be sure to state everything you want to be changed, so I can perform the changes requested and, if approved, can go to the next step.
Once your piece is completely approved and finished, all the files will be sent to you in their highest quality format via your preferred file delivery method.
Permissions
After receiving your art piece(s) you are free to post it whenever you'd like to as long as you give the artist proper credits for the creation of the art piece(s).
Proper credits such as stating artist's name (Meatmalt) and/or providing artist's links (meatmalt.carrd.co), or tagging them appropriately on respective socials.
The commissioned artwork(s) are for personal use only. Do not use it for commercial purposes.
Artificial Intelligence
Submission of Meatmalt's artwork to any form of artificial intelligence identity, program, or generator is strictly prohibited. The artist withholds consent for their artwork to be included or utilized in any such context.
You have artist permissions to:
Do mild edits on your piece, such as color tweaks and changing small details, as long as it does not harm the piece's overall quality and style, keeping the artist's credits plus who edited it.
Use the art piece(s) in other art projects, such as adding the commissioned piece into another (examples: including the art piece into a framework in another artwork; or animating/tweening said piece(s).) as long as it does not harm the piece's overall quality and style, keeping the artist's credits plus who edited or worked on the other art projects.
You do not have permission to remove artist's signature.
